ورق قلع چیست؟

Tinplate refers to a steel plate with a thin layer of metallic tinplated on the surface. Tinplate is a low carbon steel rolled into a steel plate with a thickness of about 2mm, after pickling, cold rolling, electrolytic cleaning and annealing, leveling, trimming, and then cleaning, electroplating, reflow, passivation, and oiling, and then cut into finished products of tinplated sheet. The tin used for tinplated sheet is high-purity tin (Sn>99.8 درصد).

لایه قلع را می توان با آبکاری گرم نیز پوشش داد. لایه قلع ورق قلع به دست آمده با این روش ضخیم تر است و مقدار قلع مصرفی زیاد است و پس از قلع کاری نیازی به عملیات تصفیه نیست.
